Malvern-based Robin Elt Shoes scooped up two highly acclaimed accolades at the annual Footwear Industry Awards held at Birmingham’s National Conference Centre.
Robin Elt Shoes gained the award for “Leader in Customer Service” and won another award for “Outdoor Independent Retailer of the Year 2020”. Now in its ninth year, the awards scheme has been holding the footwear sector to a standard of excellence for almost a decade.
Jenny Elt, Managing Director, is continuing the legacy from her late father who had previously won multiple awards in the footwear sector.
Jenny says, “We are thrilled to have won two awards at this year’s ceremony. We work hard to raise our standards of customer service through staff training and great product ranges. We aim to offer our customers the best possible shopping experience, both in stores and online. I would like to thank all our staff for their hard work, enabling us to win this award.”
The glittering awards ceremony was held at the National Conference Centre on 23rd February 2020.
